About Our Practice
Thank you for considering Rosenzweig Orthodontics for your orthodontic treatment.
At Rosenzweig Orthodontics, our entire team is dedicated to providing you with unparalleled service and quality of care, ensuring that your orthodontic experience exceeds all your expectations.
After your Complimentary Evaluation, Dr. Rosenzweig will examine the diagnostic information in detail and provide you with his findings in your Personal Consultation. Together you will have the opportunity to review your results, discuss the doctor’s treatment recommendations, and answer any questions you may have.
When you have the first appointment to get your appliances, it will usually last between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Moving forward with your treatment, you will meet with us for regular appointments every 4 to 10 weeks, dependent upon what stage of the treatment you are in. Our office is open for appointments Monday through Thursday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Most of your appointments are scheduled anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks in advance, and are therefore difficult to reschedule. We ask that if you know you will be unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately, and to cancel an appointment only in the event of an emergency.
Payment & Office Policies
The cost of your orthodontics will depend upon the severity of the problem and what is required to achieve your desired, healthy smile. Before you and our team decide upon a course of treatment, you will always be advised of possible costs, and what payment options are available to you. We have different payment plans to meet your financial needs, and will strive to make your orthodontics both affordable and hassle-free. For your convenience, we can accept Visa and MasterCard for payment of services. If you choose to make your payment in full at the beginning of treatment, we offer you a special discount off your bill. Arrangements can also be made to spread your payments out over a period of time, if that better suits your financial situation.Though we will make every effort to accommodate a patient’s special circumstances in case of a temporary difficulty, in cases of serious payment delinquency treatment may have to be discontinued.
If you have insurance, we will work with you to determine the maximum allowable benefit for your orthodontic services. Insurance benefits may be paid directly to us from your insurance carrier, with any balance owed from the patient to be paid to our office as arranged (see above). Our staff will be here to help in any way we can to answer any questions you may have or assist you in filing a claim.
